Editorial policy
Eastern Match Report aims to make matchmaking easier to think about, not to promise results. Our editorial work favours clear distinctions, cautious claims and useful context over certainty that the subject cannot support.
Accuracy and clarity
We check wording, explain the limits of general claims and separate observation from fact. Where a point depends on context or individual preference, we say so. We do not present matchmaking ideas as professional medical, legal or financial advice, or as a substitute for a person's own judgement.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made for reader clarity. A commercial relationship does not guarantee favourable coverage or control over independent editorial work. Sponsored material and partner placements are clearly labelled so readers can distinguish them from editorial content.
Corrections
If a reader spots an error, they can contact us with the article and the passage in question. We review correction requests, amend substantiated errors and make the change clear where the correction affects a reader's understanding.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be generated with AI. When that is the case, we label them accordingly and do not use an illustration as evidence that a person, event or matchmaking service exists.
A match is an opening, not a verdict.
A profile or introduction can offer a starting point. The people involved decide what it means through conversation, attention and choice.
